Fibre 35 Diet - FitSMART Shakes – Directions for use

Add 2 scoops of powder into 1 cup (250ml) of cold water. Shake or blend for 20-30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. May also be mixed with almond, soy, or low fat milk.
