FibreSMART – Directions for use

Depending on your fibre requirements, FibreSMART can be taken either once daily (in the morning), or 2 times daily (once in the morning and once in the evening). FibreSMART should be taken on an empty stomach away from other supplements or medications.

Warnings / Contraindications

Discontinue use if abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occurs. Do not use if you have a bowel obstruction, or early state dysentery (bacterial infection causing blood in stool).
